【摘要】 目的了解云南省昆明市浴池型男男性行为者(MSM)的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染现况,探索影响昆明市浴池内与MSM HIV感染的相关因素。方法采用横断面研究,在昆明市浴池现场,用偶遇抽样法招募200名MSM进行问卷调查及HIV抗体快速检测。结果调查对象年龄中位数38岁,最小年龄18岁,最大年龄66岁。与非浴池型MSM相比,浴池型MSM年龄偏大、文化程度偏低。艾滋病知识知晓率87.5%(175人);最近3个月在浴池内发生过插入性性行为的比例为74.5%(149人);发生群交的比例为29.5%(44/149),群交时坚持使用安全套者的比例为31.8%(14/44);当知道对方是HIV感染者或病人时,仍有24.0%(48人)的调查对象不会停止与其发生性行为。浴池型MSM的HIV阳性检出率为12.0%(24人)。多因素分析结果显示,浴池型MSM中HIV感染的主要影响因素包括:文化程度较低,不观察性伴身体健康情况,在浴池内活动时间较长及不知晓艾滋病相关知识(P<0.05)。结论浴池型MSM的HIV感染率较高,尤其是文化程度较低、长时间在浴池内活动及不知晓艾滋病知识的MSM,应加大针对MSM艾滋病知识的宣传力度,加强对高危人群的行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand HIV prevalence among MSM population in bathhouses in Kunming, Yunnan province, and to explore its related factors. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted, by non-probability sampling, and 200 MSM from gay bathhouses participated in the questionnaire survey and HIV rapid testing. Results The median age of the subjects was 38.1 years, with the minimum age of 18 years, and the maximum age of 66 years. Awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 87.5%(175). Of them, 74.5%(149) had anal intercourse during the past 6 months. The rate of engagement in group sex was 29.5%(44/149), and of them 31.8%(14/44) used condom consistently. 24.0%(48) of those surveyed continued intercourse when they knew their partners infected with HIV/AIDS. HIV positive detection rate was 12.0%(24). Multivariate analysis showed that the main factors of HIV infection among MSM included low education level, ignorance of sex partners’ health status, a long time to stay in gay bathhouse and lack of AIDS-related knowledge(P<0.05). Conclusion HIV infection among MSM in the bathhouse is higher, especially those with low education level, a long time in gay bathhouse and lack of AIDS knowledge. Awareness of AIDS knowledge should be increased for the people frequently visiting gay bathhouses, and behavior intervention of high-risk groups should be strengthened.更多还原
