【摘要】 目的对北京市西城区在2011-2015年间,开展的男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病病毒(HIV)咨询检测服务的现状进行评估。方法采用回顾性研究方法,收集2011-2015年西城区4个自愿咨询检测(VCT)点的HIV检测相关数据,利用描述性统计分析方法进行数据整理和统计分析。结果 2011-2015年,共为3 487人次MSM提供了VCT服务、HIV及梅毒检测,HIV阳性率为5.8%(203人次),梅毒阳性率为7.6%(265人次)。HIV感染者中95.1%(193/203)接受了CD4~+T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)检测,确证阳性至接受CD4细胞检测的平均时间为40天。69.0%(140/203)接受了抗病毒治疗,从HIV确证阳性至接受抗病毒治疗平均间隔为241天。CD4细胞<350个/μL、350~499个/μL、≥500个/μL组人群,接受抗病毒治疗(ART)的比例分别为80.5%(66/82)、73.0%(46/63)、44.8%(26/58)。统计学检验结果表明,CD4细胞水平与接受ART的比例间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2011-2015年北京市西城区MSM的HIV报告阳性率逐年增高,其中CD4细胞≥350个/μL的病人进行ART的比例仍较低,需进一步提高基层医疗卫生机构的能力和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the current situation of HIV voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)services to men who have sex with men(MSM)in Xicheng district in Beijing during 2011-2015.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the VCT data collected in four healthcare centers.Descriptive statistics Methods were used to explore the current situation of VCT services and to identify CD4 levels and ART(anti-retroviral treatment)coverage.Results During 2011-2015,3487 MSM received VCT services,among them 203 were found HIV positive.95.1%(193/203)of the HIV cases received CD4 cell count testing and 69.0%(140/203)received ART.The average days between HIV confirmation and ART were 241 days.The ART covering CD4<350/μL,350-499/μL,≥500/μL groups were 80.5%(66/82),73.0%(46/63),and 44.8%(26/58)respectively.There was significant difference between the HIV cases receiving ART with different CD4counts(CD4 <350/μL vs ≥350/μL).Conclusion The number of MSM infected with HIV was growing in Xicheng district year by year,and those with high CD4count(≥350/μL)have a low rate of ART initiation.Capacity building needs to be strengthened in order to enhance the quality of VCT services provided by local healthcare centers.更多还原
