【摘要】 目的分析CCU(冠心病监护病房)护理管理中的风险因素与安全防范措施。方法以2015年1月—2017年3月期间收治的120例重症冠心病患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序,分为观察组与常规组,每组60例。常规组,予以常规护理,观察组,在常规护理的基础上,分析CCU护理中的风险因素,并实施具有针对性的安全防范措施,对比分析两组患者护理效果。结果对比护理不良事件,观察组发生率为3.3%,常规组为15.0%,观察组低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比护理满意度,观察组为95.0%,常规组为83.4%,观察组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CCU护理管理中,分析风险因素,实施安全防范措施,效果显著,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This article tries to analyze the risk factors and safety prevention measures in CCU nursing management. Methods 120 patients with severe coronary heart disease from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected as research respondents. The patients were divided into the observation group and conventional group according to the order of admission in this hospital, with 60 patients in each group. The routine care was implemented to the conventional group and the risk factors in CCU nursing management and prevention measures plus the routine care were analyzed and implemented in the observation group, and then the nursing effect of both groups were analyzed and compared. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events of the observation group was 3.3% and that of the conventional group was 15.0%. There was statistically significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.0% and that of the conventional group was 83.4%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The risk factors analysis and safety prevention measures have remarkable effect in CCU nursing management and it is worth promotion.更多还原
