【摘要】 目的研究精神科护理本科实习中"PBL"教学模式的应用效果。方法选择2016年6—12月在该院精神科护理实习的本科生42名,作为该次研究对象,并通过电脑随机的方式,将其划分为两组,其中常规组21名采用传统教学模式,研究组21名采用"PBL"教学模式。对比两组理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩以及对教学模式的满意度。结果研究组本科护理实习生的理论、操作等考核成绩,均明显高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对"PBL"教学模式的满意度达到了95.23%;常规组对传统教学模式的满意度达到了80.95%;组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理本科实习中"PBL"教学模式的应用,可有效提升精神科护理带教质量,进一步培养护理实习生解决问题的能力、观察分析的能力、自学的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the application effect of PBL teaching model in the nursing undergraduate practice in the department of psychiatry. Methods 42 cases of undergraduates in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 21 cases in each, the routine group and the research group respectively adopted the traditional teaching model and PBL teaching model, and the theoretical examination score, operation examination score and satisfactory degree to teaching model were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical and operation examination scores in the research group were obviously higher than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the satisfactory degree to the teaching method in the research group and in the routine group was respectively 95.23% and 80.95%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching model in the nursing undergraduate practice in the department of psychiatry can effectively improve the nursing teaching quality in the department of psychiatry and further culture the problem-solving ability, observation and analysis ability and self-learning ability.更多还原
