胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤应用高场磁共振成像技术诊断分析

【摘要】 目的观察透胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤应用高场磁共振成像技术的诊断,并进行价值分析。方法选取我院2015年5月—2016年6月收治6例进行高场磁共振成像技术检查确诊为胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者,图像分析包括肿瘤位置、形状、边界、信号等,分析高场磁共振成像技术对胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤临床诊断价值。结果其中T1WI:2例表现为低信号,4例稍低信号;T2WI:所有均表现为不均匀信号,其中2例表现为混杂信号,4例表现为稍高信号;动态增强:2例为逐渐强化,4例为中低强化;DWI:4例患者表现为混杂高信号,2例患者表现为环形高信号,实性病灶均为高信号。结论胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤临床上较为罕见,高场磁共振诊断以T1WI低或稍低信号,有利于小病灶的检出,T2WI不均匀高信号。动态增强后出现逐步强化,DWI主要表现为高信号的影像学特点。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and value analysis of high permeable MR imaging using high field MRI. Methods 6 cases of high field magnetic resonance imaging examination diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor patients from May 2015 to June 2016, image analysis, including tumor location, shape, boundary, such as signal, analysis the high field magnetic resonance imaging of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor clinical diagnostic value. Results T1WI: 2 patients showed low signal, 4 cases showed slightly low signal; T2 WI: all showed heterogeneous signal, 2 cases showed mixed signal, 4 cases showed slightly high signal;dynamic enhancement: 2 cases were gradually strengthened, 4 cases of DWI; 4 patients showed low enhancement; for hybrid high signal, 2 cases showed high signal ring, solid lesions showed high signal. Conclusion Neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas are rare in clinic. High field MRI diagnosis with low or slightly low T1 WI signals is helpful for the detection of small lesions, and T2WI is not uniform and high signal. Dynamic enhancement showes progressive enhancement, and DWI is mainly characterized by high signal imaging.
