流程再造在消毒供应中心纤维支气管镜管理中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨流程再造在消毒供应中心纤维支气管镜清洗、消毒、包装及供应中的应用效果,提高纤维支气管镜的管理质量。方法采用流程再造方法对纤维支气管镜的清洗、消毒、包装、供应流程进行改造,对流程再造前后纤维支气管镜的清洗、消毒合格率及使用病区的满意度进行比较和统计分析。结果经过流程再造后,消毒供应中心纤维支气管镜的清洗、消毒合格率及病区满意度均明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程再造的应用有效地提高了纤维支气管镜的清洗和消毒质量,使纤维支气管镜在运送过程安全有保障,降低了损坏率,提高使用病区的满意度,有利于纤维支气管镜的长效安全管理。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of process reengineering in the cleaning, disinfection, packaging and supply offiberoptic bronchoscopy in disinfection supply center, and improve the management quality of fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods The method of process reengineering was used to the cleaning, disinfection, packaging and supply process of fiberoptic bronchoscopy. The cleaning rate, the rate of disinfection and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the wards before and after the process reengineering were compared and statistically analyzed. Results After the process reengineering, the cleaning, disinfection rate and the satisfaction degree of the bronchoscope in the disinfection supply center were obviously increased(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of process reengineering can effectively improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection of fiberoptic bronchoscopy, and ensure the safety of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the transportation process, reduce the damage rate, improve the satisfaction of the ward, and benefit the long-term safety management of fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
