【摘要】 目的讨论循证护理在老年哮喘患者饮食护理中的应用。方法选取我院2016年2月—2017年2月接受治疗的老年哮喘患者104例,将患者按照编号分成观察组和对照组,每组各52例。对照组采用常规饮食护理,观察组采用循证饮食护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果对照组患者总满意率为71.15%,观察组总满意率为98.08%,观察组患者的总满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=14.477 3,P<0.05)。结论采用循证饮食护理,能够为临床护理提供有效的科学依据,提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application of evidence-based nursingin diet nursing of elderly patients with asthma. Methods 104 cases of elderly patients with asthma who received treatment from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the number of 52 cases. In the control group, routine diet nursing was used. The observation group was treated with evidence-based diet and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The total satisfaction rate was 71.15%in the control group and 98.08%in the observation group. The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ 2=14.477 3,P < 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based diet nursing can provide effective scientific basis for clinical nursing and improve nursing quality.更多还原
