【摘要】 目的探讨分析骨科患者接受品管圈活动后的留置针使用率情况。方法 2015年4—5月我院将85例患者作为品管圈活动前的对照组,选取同年8—9月的85例患者作为接受品管圈活动后的观察组,此次研究的主题是"提高骨科患者的留置针使用率",由10例自愿参与成员组成研究组员,对参与研究的患者进行分析,对340例静脉穿刺中留置针使用次数进行统计,和活动前后的留置针使用情况进行对比。结果活动前,留置针使用率是8.5%,活动后,留置针使用率为44.7%,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论骨科患者接受品管圈活动能够让患者的留置针使用率提升,临床护理工作的效率得到了提升,避免了多次穿刺对患者血管造成的损伤,护患关系更加和谐,是一种有效实用的方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the use rate of indwelling needle in the department of orthopedics after receiving the quality control circle. Methods From April to May 2015 in our hospital, 85 patients were taken as the control group of QCC, the same year from August to September, 85 patients were selected as the observation group after QCC, the research topic was "to improve the department of orthopedics patients indwelling needle usage", consists of 10 voluntary members study on the composition of the crew, the patients in the study were analyzed in 340 cases of venous indwelling needle puncture using frequency statistics, comparing the use of indwelling needle and activities before and after. Results Before the activity, the use rate of the indwelling needle was 8.5%, after the activity, the use rate of the indwelling needle was 44.7%, and the results were statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion The department of orthopedics patients QCC can make patients with indwelling needle to raise the utilization rate and efficiency of clinical nursing work has been improved, to avoid repeated puncture on patients with vascular injury, more harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, is an effective and practical way.更多还原
