【摘要】 目的探讨Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮采用改良封闭式负压引流技术治疗的临床效果。方法按照就诊先后顺序,将60例Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮患者分为研究组(改良封闭式负压引流技术)与对照组(传统换药方法)。治疗后随访6个月,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组创面治愈时间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮采用改良封闭式负压引流技术治疗的效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of stage III and IV pressure ulcers. Methods According to the order of medical treatment, 60 cases of patients with stage III and IV pressure ulcers were divided into study group(improved closed negative pressure drainage technique) and control group(traditional dressing change method). After treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups was compared followed up for 6 months. Results Two groups of wound healing time was compared, the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Stage III, IV pressure ulcers using improved closed negative pressure drainage technology has significant effect.更多还原
