【Abstract】 By the guide function of the hospital culture the labor union in the induction and orientation training for fresh employees, the culture and sprit of hospital would be promoted. Emphasizing the legitimate rights and interests of the medical workers, strengthen the idea of hospital’s culture and "people-oriented" in the process of the developing of hospital in the meantime.
