【Abstract】 It is essential to conceive the idea of building a new city development group,Weihua Town in the northern region of the Weihe River. The location is the integration of urban and rural development to lead innovation demonstration area,to showcase the functional area of the history and the modern city,low-carbon economy and green industry,and the important development planning bearing area of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone. It aims at forming the core area of economic and social development in the Northern region of Weinan,which plays a role of radiation and leading to the surrounding economic development and industrial upgrading.
