西安城区出租车资源规划建模与评价
Modeling and Evaluation for Taxi Resource Allocation in Xi’an Urban Area
【摘要】 将西安市主城区划分为3个区域,一天分为3个时段来研究出租车资源规划问题。根据西安各城区人口量和万人出租车拥有量近似模拟出初始的潜在乘客需求量和出租车供给量相关数据,给出了出租车空驶时间和乘客满意度函数等相关模型。为分析不同时空下出租车资源的供求匹配程度,建立了以总乘客满意度和出租车空驶时间加权组合为目标的最优化模型,对出租车资源的规划程度进行分析评价。
【Abstract】 Dividing urban area into three different districts and one day into three conterminal time periods,the paper investigates the taxi resource allocation in Xi’an.The initial data of potential passenger travel demand and taxi supply can be simulated approximately according to the resident population and the taxi owning rate every ten thousand people,and the relevant formulas of taxi empty-loaded time and passenger satisfaction are proposed.Subsequently,a non-linear optimization model based on the weighted combination of total passenger satisfaction and taxi empty-loaded time is formulated to evaluate the supply-demand matching level.
