【摘要】 目的探讨睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的临床疗效。方法将86例(172眼)睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者随机分为两组,对照组43例(86眼),采取单纯药物治疗;观察组43例(86眼),采取综合治疗方案,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症采取综合治疗方案的效果较好,可更好地改善患者临床症状,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dry eye syndrome caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. Methods 86 cases(172 eyes) of patients with dry eye syndrome caused by meibomian gland dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups, the control group had 43 cases(86 eyes), who took a simple drug treatment; the observation group had 43 cases(86 eyes), who took comprehensive treatment, the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of dry eye syndrome caused by meibomian gland dysfunction is effective and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, it is worth recommending.更多还原
