【摘要】 慈善资金是慈善事业发展的基石。英国慈善事业发展历史悠久,自中世纪至今历经四百余年,形成了独具特色的"英国模式"。英国发达的慈善事业离不开多样化的资金筹募渠道,伴随着慈善事业发展的需要,其筹募方式日趋多样化。当代英国慈善资金筹募渠道根据资金来源的不同分为面向个人的筹募、职业团队筹款、慈善组织的经营性收入以及政府的资助等四种类型,其中社会募捐和政府资助是主要资金来源。英国支撑慈善事业可持续发展的全方位、专业化、有针对性的资金筹募渠道值得我国借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Charitable funds is the foundation of charities development.Britain has a long history of philanthropy,More than 400 years since the Middle Ages,formed a unique"British model".Britain’s developed philanthropy cannot be separated from a variety of fund-raising channels,Along with the need of philanthropy development,its way of raising is becoming more and more diversified.The fund-raising channel of contemporary British can be divided into four categories depending on the source of funding,which are personal-oriented fundraising,professional group fundraising,charitable organization’s operating income and government subsidy,among which the social fund-raising and government subsidy are the main sources of funding.The all-round、pecialized and targeted fundraising channels of the United Kingdom deserve our reference.更多还原
