【摘要】 利用在美国亚利桑那州立大学访学的机会,运用调查、访谈、文献资料等研究方法,对美国高校体育的组织机构与管理模式、高校体育文化等方面进行深入了解和研究,总结、分析美国高校体育的现状及存在的问题,引发对我国高校体育的思考和启示,为我国高校体育发展提供思考与对策。结论 :美国各大学体育组织之间既相互依赖,又相互制约;各体育组织的法规和制度对高校运动队起到了很好的约束和激励作用;高校运动队管理体制自主灵活、责权分明,有效地调动了教练员和运动员的积极性;高校体育在美国社会具有广泛的影响力,竞技体育的价值得到了充分开发和利用。美国高校体育组织的模式、高校竞技体育的商业运作和价值开发、高校高水平运动队的招生和管理,以及教练员的聘任方面值得我国高校借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 During visited at Arizona state university of the United States, the author deeply surveyed and studied the university sports culture, athletics sports organization and management mode of the American colleges and universities, by investigation method, literature material method. Summary and analysis of American colleges and universities athletics sports development and the existing problems, cause the thinking of athletics sports in colleges and universities of China, to provide the thinking and countermeasures for the sustainable development of sports in colleges and universities in China. Conclusions: Relations between the United States universities sports organizations both depend on each other, and restrict each other. The regulations and the systems of the college sports organizations have played a very good constraints and incentive effect for the college athletic teams. Their management system is flexible in the independence, divided clearly in the responsibilities and rights, so effectively arouse the enthusiasm of the coaches and athletes. College sports in American society is extensive influence, the value of athletic sports has made adequately development and utilization. There are developed not balanced of the university athletic sports in our country, unpopular sports have not be supported enough, and they are impeded to development of the university athletic sports in our country as a whole. These are worth our using for reference that the model of the American college of sports organization, the business operations and the value of the athletic sports development in colleges and universities, the enrollment of colleges and universities high level sports teams and management, and the appointment of the coaches to our universities.更多还原
