【摘要】 为了探索2022年冬奥会战略背景下高等体育院校冰雪竞技人才培养机制,以高等体育院校竞技人才培养机制为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、个案研究法等研究方法,以东北师范大学速度滑冰队的学生运动员培养过程为案例,分析并总结了高等体育院校在竞技人才的办学经验和培养模式。得出:高等体育院校与地方联合办学、自主招生,选拔"学训兼优"的冰雪项目运动员进入大学学习,可以做到优势互补地培养竞技人才,拓宽国家培养高水平竞技人才的渠道;高等体育院校试办高水平运动队应充分发挥教练员、科研、训练条件和人文环境等自身优势,落实为地方政府服务的责任;高等体育院校要不断转变办学观念,采取多种形式强化理想道德教育,促进竞技人才全面成长;实行弹性的学习制度和严格的管理制度,缓解"学训矛盾",真正实现"教体结合"培养优秀竞技人才的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the training mechanism of competitive talents in the snow and ice sports with the background of the 2022 Olympic Games, this paper takes the training mechanism of the athletic talents in colleges and universities as the research object, using the methods of literature, expert interviews and case studies to analyze and summarize the experience and training model in cultivating athletes of speed teams in Northeast Normal University. It concludes that colleges and universities cooperate with the local schools to independently recruit athletes, which can complement the cultivars with competitive talents and broaden the channels of cultivating high-level athletic talents. The high-level sports teams in colleges and universities should give full play to the coaches, scientific research, training conditions and humanities environment, and implement the responsibility of serving the local government. The colleges and universities should constantly change the concept of running schools and adopt various forms ofstrengthening ideal and moral education, so as to promote the overall growth of competitive talents; flexible learning system and strict management system should be adopted to ease the learning contradictions, to realize goal of the combination of teaching and learning in cultivating the outstanding athletic talents.更多还原
