【摘要】 目的分析胃肠道间质瘤的影像学表现,探讨其影像诊断价值。方法复习相关文献并回顾性分析30例经手术病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤的影像学表现,并对其临床病理学进行对照分析。结果 30例胃肠道间质瘤或者中,共发现病灶30例,全部为单发病灶,未见多发病灶,病灶部位以空肠最多见,(18/30)。其中共有6例为良性肿瘤,均为单发肿块,多层螺旋CT影像学表现为平扫多为密度较均匀肿块影,增强扫描表现为轻度强化,边界清晰,有完整包膜。24例为恶性间质瘤,病灶多大于5cm,形态不规则,部分病灶有分叶,肿块内见有更低密度囊变影或中央坏死密度影;部分肿块内见气体密度影;增强病灶多表现为不均匀环形强化,中央坏死及囊变影未见强化;部分恶性间质瘤患者见有肝脏及腹膜后转移。结论胃肠道间质瘤有一些特定的影像学表现及临床病理学特点,尤其以多层螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描对胃肠道间质瘤有重要的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyzes the imaging results of gastroenterostroma and discusses the value of its imaging. Methods Reviewed the literature and retrospectively analyzed the imaging performance of 30 cases of gastroenterostroma,which was confirmed by surgical pathology,and analyzed the clinical pathology. Results 30 cases of gastrointestinal stroma or mesenteric lesion were found in 30 cases,all of which were single lesions,no multiple lesions were seen,and the focal area of the lesion was seen at most,( 18/30). A total of 6 cases of benign tumors,are of a single mass,density of multislice CT imaging findings for more at ordinary times for relatively homogeneous mass shadow,enhanced scan characterized by mild reinforcement,the boundary is clear,a complete capsule. 24 cases were malignant mesenchymal tumors,more than 5cm in lesions,irregular in form,partial lesion in partial lesion,and lower density cystic or central necrotic density in lumps. Partial lumps see gas density shadow; The increase of the lesions was not uniformly circular,and the central necrosis and the follicles were not strengthened. In some malignant mesenchymal tumors,the liver and the peritoneum metastases. Conclusion Gastrointestinal stromal tumor has some specific imaging findings and clinical pathology characteristic,especially with multislice CT scan and enhanced scan to the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor has important value.更多还原
