【摘要】 目的探析糖尿病足的预防与护理。方法对2015年1月—2016年6月该院内分泌科收治的86例糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,两组均给予降糖、抗感染等常规治疗护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合性护理干预,20 d后比较两组的临床疗效及预后情况。结果观察组总有效率明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对糖尿病足患者实施多元化、优质化护理及健康教育干预,可提高其免疫力,尽快控制足感染,进一步促进患足康复,对其转归有着极其重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to analyze the prevention and nursing of diabetic foot. Methods 86 cases of diabetic foot patients in this hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each group, and both groups were treated with hypoglycemic and anti infection treatment and routine nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, the clinical curative effect and prognosis were compared between the two groups of 20 d after. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of high quality diversified health education and nursing intervention on patients with diabetic foot can improve the immunity of foot infection control as soon as possible, and further promote the rehabilitation of the affected foot, which is of great importance.更多还原
