【摘要】 目的分析老年糖尿病患者临床护理干预对策,以提高患者健康和生活质量。方法选取2015年9月—2016年12月期间56例老年人糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果该组病例自我管理能力提升,使血糖控制更加理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强饮食干预、心理指导、适宜运动及适时监测血糖等护理,病情转归较好,有效预防了并发症,提高其生存、生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical nursing interventions of elderly diabetic patients and to improve the health and life quality of them. Methods The clinical data of 56 elderly patients from September 2015 to December 2016 with diabetes were retrospectively studied. Results This group improved the self-management ability, could better control their blood glucose, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the diet intervention, psychological guidance, appropriate exercise and timely monitoring of blood glucose and other nursing instruction can effectively improve the elderly diabetes patients’ condition, prevent complications, and improve their survival and life quality.更多还原
