【摘要】 目的探讨全程健康教育模式在小儿糖尿病患者中的价值。方法选取2014年2月—2017年1月诊断为小儿糖尿病的60例患儿为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组。对比两组护理前后实验室指标。两组患儿血糖恢复时间及糖化血红蛋白恢复时间。两组糖尿病并发症发生情况。结果两组护理前实验室指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组护理后实验室指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿血糖恢复时间及糖化血红蛋白恢复时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组糖尿病并发症(视网膜病变、神经病变、心血管病变、肾脏病变)发生情况结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式可以改善小儿糖尿病的血糖、血脂水平,对减少糖尿病并发症的发生有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of whole-course education health model in diabetes in children. Methods From February 2014 to January 2017,60 Children with diabetes in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,induding the study group and the control group, The laboratory indexes, blood glucose recovery time, glycosylated hemoglobin recovery time and occurrence of complications before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the laboratory indexes before nursing between the two groups were not statistically significant(P >0.05), and the differences after nursing were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the differences in the blood glucose recovery time and glycosylated hemoglobin recovery time between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the difference in the occurrence of complications(Retinopathy, neuropathy, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease) was obvious(P <0.05).Conclusion The whole-course education health model can improve the blood glucose and blood liquid levels of children with diabetes, and it is of important value to reducing the occurrence of diabetes complications.更多还原
