【Abstract】 The new economic norm for higher education promote the local universities put forward to investigate the way of future development, to further adapt to the economic structure, to combined with industrial development constantly adjust the school orientation、talent training mode and training target. Transformation and development has become the common choice of local universities. What and how to transform has become the problems that the University in the transformation urgently explore and discuss.
