简析铁路货车轮轴超声波探伤新工艺的主要变化

【摘要】 为适应铁路货车改革和货车安全风险管理需要,中国铁路总公司运输局车辆部于2014年5月全面启动了铁运〔2007〕98号《铁路货车轮轴组装、检修及管理规则》(以下简称《轮规》)的修订工作,历时两年,于2016年8月完成了该项工作。本文就新《轮规》中超声波探伤工艺发生的主要变化进行解析,旨在帮助全路货车系统或与之关联系统的轮轴探伤技术管理人员、作业人员、质量检查与验收人员,更好地理解新《轮规》轮轴超声波探伤工艺,促进新的轮轴探伤工艺顺利执行。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the reform and security risk management of railway truck,Ministry of Transport Vehicles of China Railway Corporation has launched a revision of " Railway Truck Axle Assembly,Maintenance and Management Rules"(Hereinafter referred to as " Axle Regulation")comprehensively since May 2014,which file number is " Tie Yun[2007]No.98",and completed the work after two years in May 2016.In this paper,the major changes of ultrasonic inspection technology of new " Axle Regulation" is analyzed,to help the technical managers,operators,quality inspectors and inspection personnel engaged in non-destructive testing in the whole railway truck or associated system realize them better,and to promote the new ultrasonic inspection technology be carried out successfully.
