【摘要】 研究翻白蚊子草的化学成分。采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离、纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别是山柰酚(Kaempferol,1)、山柰酚-3-O--L-鼠李糖苷(Kaempferol-3-O--L-rhamnoside,2)、山柰苷(Kaempferitrin,3)、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(Kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside,4)、槲皮素(Quercetin,5)、异槲皮苷(Isoquercitrin,6)、-谷甾醇(-sitosterol,7)、胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol,8)。化合物3、4为首次从蚊子草属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、5、6、7、8为首次从翻白蚊子草中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the chemical constituents of Filipendula intermedia(Glehn) Juzep. The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical and spectral data. Eight compounds were isolated and identified as Kaempferol(compound 1),Kaempferol-3-O--L-rhamnoside(compound 2),Kaempferitrin(compound 3),Kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside(compound 4),Quercetin(compound 5),Isoquercitrin(compound 6),-sitosterol(compound 7),Daucosterol(compound 8).Compound 3 and 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time,Compound 1,2,5,6,7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
