【摘要】 "双一流"建设战略为高校综合改革注入新内涵,提供新机遇,高校实验室综合改革是高校开展综合改革的重要组成。阐述了高校实验室综合改革的内涵,总结高校实验室管理存在的主要问题,并从统筹规划、分解任务、创新机制、优化配置、构建平台、汇聚师资等维度提出高校实验室综合改革的策略与路径。通过改革实施,在高水平实验室建设、共享平台建设和师资队伍建设上取得阶段性成效,有效提升了实验室服务教学科研水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The strategic construction of "Double First-rate" injects new connotation into colleges and universities and provides them new opportunities for the comprehensive reform. University laboratory comprehensive reform is an important part of the colleges and universities comprehensive reform. The article expounds the connotation of university laboratory comprehensive reform, summarizes the main problems of university laboratory management. From aspects of overall planning, task decomposition, innovation mechanism, the configuration optimization, platform building, and the faculty and other dimensions, this article proposes the strategies and paths of university laboratory comprehensive reform.Through the reform implementation,the periodic achievement on the high level of laboratory construction, sharing platform construction and the construction of teachers’ team are obtained, and effectively improve the laboratory services for teaching and scientific research level.更多还原
