二级标准物质墨鱼中砷的制备与定值
Preparation and determination of arsenic in the secondary reference material cuttlefish
【摘要】 水产品中的鱼类具有能从水中富集重金属的功能,通过检测鱼类组织中的重金属含量就能判断该水域重金属的污染程度。该文选用墨鱼作为候选物,测定吸附性较强的重金属元素砷,介绍标准物质墨鱼从选购、制样、包装到均匀性检验、稳定性检验最终定值的过程。最终定值为6.15mg/kg,扩展不确定度0.27 mg/kg。
【Abstract】 According to the heavy metal enriching ability of aquatic products from water,the degree of heavy metal contamination of specific water area can be determined by detecting heavy metals in the fish tissues. This paper takes the cuttlefish as sample,detected the content of arsenic which reveals relatively strong adsorbability. The whole procedure from purchasing,preparation,packaging to homogeneity test,stability test and the final value process of reference material of cuttlefish were introduced. The constant value of the reference material is 6. 15 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty is 0. 27 mg/kg.
