工业热电阻检定装置标准器的优选验证
Optimization validation of the standard for industrial thermal resistance verification device
【摘要】 针对如何科学经济地减小工业热电阻检定装置检定结果的不确定度,提高工业热电阻检定结果的可信度问题进行试验验证研究。该试验的主要目的是验证不同规格型号标准铂电阻温度计对检定结果偏差影响的大小。试验结果表明:使用Rtp标称值100Ω的标准温度计,用上级证书Rtp值检定可以大幅减小检定结果的示值误差。既提高检定结果的可信度,又可降低检定装置对电测仪器在测量准确度与线性方面的要求,比使用Rtp标称值25Ω的标准温度计具有明显的优越性。
【Abstract】 The experimental verification is carried out to reduce the uncertainty of industrial thermal resistance verification devices’ verification results and improve the credibility of industrial thermal resistance scientifically and economically. The test mainly aims to verify the influence of the standard platinum resistance thermometer of different specifications on the deviation of the verification results. The test results show that the Rtpvalue of the higher order certificate can greatly reduce the indication error of the test result when using standard thermometer with Rtp nominal value of 100 Ω, it can not only improve the credibility of the test results, but also reduce the requirements of verification device on the measurement accuracy and linearity of electric measuring instrument, which poses obvious advantages by comparing with standard thermometer with Rtpnominal value of 25 Ω.
