噪声监测系统传声器的温度特性实验研究
Research on the temperature characteristics of microphone of noise monitoring system
【摘要】 针对温度变化引起传声器性能改变,导致噪声测量结果出现误差的问题。该文在研究现有性能评价方法和户外传声器结构的基础上,讨论温度对传声器膜片张力的影响因素,然后对电容传声器膜片进行热应变有限元分析,并选用3只不同传声器进行温度环境实验,得出在实验温度范围-20~50℃内,传声器灵敏度和频响随温度变化的特性曲线。实验表明:有限元结果与环境实验结果相结合,对户外传声器的设计制造和使用具有一定的理论指导意义。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of the temperature variation has a great influence on the performance of the microphone which may lead to deviation of noise measurement results,on the basis of the research on the existing performance evaluation methods and structure of outdoor microphone,the analysis of microphone diaphragm tension influence factors and thermal strain finite element analysis for condenser microphone diaphragm were carried out in this paper.After that the temperature environment test of three different microphones was carried out,the characteristic curves of microphone sensitivity and frequency response were obtained with temperature range of -20-50 ℃.The test shows that finite element results are in conformity with environmental test results and have certain theoretical guidance significance for design,manufacture and application of outdoor microphone.
