【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈对降低胸部肿瘤患者术后精神障碍发生率的作用及效果。方法选择325例手术患者作为对照组,343例手术患者作为观察组,运用QCC管理方法,分析患者术后精神障碍发生的相关原因,比较两组患者术后精神障碍的发生率及两组患者的满意度。结果观察组术后精神障碍发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者住院满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动可降低胸部肿瘤患者术后精神障碍的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role and effect of quality control circle activity on reducing the incidence of postoperative mental disorders in patients with thoracic tumor. Methods The patients who received operation were selected as the observation objects,325 patients who carried out QCC activity were taken as the control group before the QCC activity,350 patients were taken as the observation group,using QCC management method,related causes of patients with mental disorder after analysis,found problems in a timely manner,formulate measures and actively implement,To compare the incidence of postoperative mental disorder in the 2 groups before or after the operation and to analyze the satisfaction of the 2 groups of patients. Results The incidence of postoperative mental disorder in the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the patients’ satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Quality control circle activity reduces the incidence of postoperative mental disorders in patients with thoracic tumor.更多还原
