【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of Confucian pedagogy,this paper via investigating the educational experience from the medieval universities of Europe,the French normal schools in nineteenth century,and the American and British normal education,traces back to the two main modes and their idea of the normal schools and universities of East Asia developing in modern higher education system—Japanese education university and Chinese normal university,this paper intends to conduct a multi-level and multi-angle analysis of the mode of interaction between normal education values and the Confucian tradition,in order to answer the key question:"what is a high-quality teacher education?"更多还原
