【摘要】 目的:探讨自制带把砂轮对提高配药速度及预防锐器伤的效果。方法:设计并制作带把砂轮,采用细菌培养法对用带把砂轮与普通砂轮切割安瓿后的内容药液进行培养,比较两种砂轮切割安瓿的速度及细菌培养结果。设计护士自制砂轮满意度量化评估表,对参加实验的护士进行满意度调查。结果:自制带把砂轮与普通砂轮切割安瓿后的内容药液均不会使药液产生细菌。使用自制带把砂轮,安瓿切割速度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:采用自制带把砂轮能明显提高配药速度并且可预防锐器伤,提高了护士满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss with the self-made the grinding wheel to improve dispensing speed and prevention of sharp injury research. Methods: With the design and manufacture of grinding wheel,with the method of culture of bacteria,with the common grinding wheel and the grinding wheel cutting liquid content ampoule culture after,by the time,two kinds of grinding wheel cutting ampoule speed,nurse satisfaction evaluation design of homemade grinding table,collecting and distributing to each clinical department made quantitative evaluation table for the satisfaction of the grinding wheel. Investigation on nurses’ satisfaction in the experimental group cases. Results: Improvement of grinding wheel and ordinary grinding wheel cutting liquid content after the ampoule doesn’t make liquid bacteria. By using the grinding wheel with the self-made,ampoule cutting speed is increased obviously( P < 0. 05). The relationship between the clinical and non clinical more harmony,enhance mutual trust,so as to increase the degree of satisfaction. Conclusion: Using the self-made belt of the grinding wheel can significantly improve the speed and dispensing can prevent sharp injuries,and improve nurses’ satisfaction.更多还原
