非肠炎住院患儿肠道菌群分布特点

【摘要】 目的:了解非肠炎患儿肠道菌群分布特点。方法:选取2014年3月—2014年12月住院的非肠炎患儿分为新生儿组、婴儿组、幼儿组、学龄前组以及学龄组,对其进行粪便涂片检查,记录化验结果及院前抗生素应用情况。结果:不管是否应用抗生素,各年龄段患儿粪便涂片结果均主要显示G+杆菌以及G-球菌减少,而G-杆菌以及G+球菌增多,组间比较均有统计学意义,球杆比无增加。婴儿组及学龄前组肠道细菌总数轻度增加,其余各组患儿细菌总数无显著变化。结论:儿童在疾病早期就易合并Ⅰ度肠道菌群失调,患病早期开始积极预防及治疗肠道菌群失调应当引起临床医师的重视。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the distribution of intestinal flora in children with non enteritis. Methods: Hospitalized children with non enteritis from March to December in 2014 were enrolled the study. Record the results of stool smear in the hospital and the application of antibiotics before hospitalization. The children were divided into the newborn group,the infant group,the infant group,the school age group and the school age group. Results: Regardless of whether or not the application of antibiotics,all age groups of children with stool smear results showed that G+bacilli and G-cocci were the main bacteria reduced,while G-bacilli and G+cocci increased significantly. The comparison had statistical significance. There was no increase in the ratio between bacilli and cocci. The total number of intestinal bacteria in infants and preschool age groups was slightly increased,and the total bacterial count was not significantly changed in the other groups. Conclusion: Children in the early stages of the disease is easy to merge the I degree of intestinal flora imbalance,The active prevention and treatment of intestinal flora imbalance in the early stage of disease was worth the attention of clinicians.
