【摘要】 PPP(Public Private Partnership)融资模式,代表了公共部门与私人部门之间不同程度的合作关系.针对PPP项目绩效管理问题,提出运用改进层次分析法进行评估.在传统的层次分析法基础上,采用三标度法,引入最优传递矩阵,进而转化成一致性判断矩阵,避免了传统方法判断矩阵的一致性检验,简化了计算.可为投资者和项目决策者提供科学合理的参考依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 The PPP(Public Private Partnership) financing mode represents the Public and Private Different levels of cooperation between departments.In terms of the performance management of PPP project,The improved analytical hierarchy process is applied in evaluating the performance management of projects.Based on the traditional analytical hierarchy process,the unified test of traditional method is avoided owing to using the three scale method and inducting the optimum transfer matrix and then converting into the unified judgment matrix.The method simplifies the computation,which can offer scientific gist for leaders and administers of projects.更多还原
