多服务台服务同一顾客的M/M/m+k/N可修排队系统
The M/M/m+k/N Repairable Queuing System with One Customer Served by Multiple Servers
【摘要】 研究带有备用服务台的可修排队系统,假设多个服务台可同时服务同一顾客,利用马尔可夫过程理论建立了系统稳态方程组,然后利用分块矩阵的解法求出系统稳态概率的矩阵解,在此基础上建立系统的费用模型,并利用Matlab软件进行数值实例分析.
【Abstract】 In the paper,we consider the repairable system with spare servers,assuming that a customer may be served by multiple servers at a time.We can obtain the steadystate probability equations by the Markov process method,then we derive the steady-state probability in matric solution theory.In addition,we develop a cost model on the basic of the system,and we make numerical analysis by using Matlab software.
