【摘要】 目的探讨鼻息肉组织中细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclin D1)的表达及其在鼻息肉发生与发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,分别检测38例初发鼻息肉及24例下鼻甲黏膜(对照组)组织中cyclin D1的表达情况。结果鼻息肉组及对照组cyclin D1的表达阳性率分别为76.3%(29/38)、33.3%(8/24),两组表达阳性率及表达强度比较差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=11.293,Z=2.689,P<0.05)。结论 cyclin D1高表达可能在鼻息肉的发生发展中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin D1 in nasal polyps and its role in the development and progression of nasal polyps. Methods Immunohistochemistry(S-P)was used to measure the expression of cyclin D1 in nasal polyps from 38 incipient patients and inferior turbinate mucosa from 24 patients(control group). Results The positive rate of cyclin D1 was 76.3%(29/38)in the nasal polyps group and 33.3%(8/24)in the control group,and there were significant differences between these two groups in the positive rate of cyclin D1 and its expression intensity(χ~2=11.293,Z=2.689,P<0.05). Conclusion High expression of cyclin D1 may play an important role in the development and progression of nasal polyps.更多还原
