【Abstract】 Due to the increasing demand of sand and huge profit of mining business, illegal mining has been widely seen in river course that has resulted in damage to river ecosystem and negative impact on flood safety.Taking Guangdong Province as an example, the harm of illegal sand excavation in river courses to flood control has been evaluated, together with concrete measures for solving problems with monitoring and supervision.更多还原
