大型泵站设备三维检修仿真培训系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 为满足大型水泵机组检修维护的需求,采用三维模拟技术开发用于培训的可视化仿真系统。该系统采用3DMAX软件将泵站通用常识、主设备及其辅助设备进行三维仿真,构成与真实泵站对应的虚拟仿真系统。采用该系统对员工开展工器具、设备特性、检修过程及事故故障处理等内容的交互式培训,并设置培训测试模块,检验培训效果。

【Abstract】 3D simulation technology is adopted for developing a visual simulation system for training in order to meet the needs of repair and maintenance of large water pump units. The system is equipped with 3DMAX software for 3D simulation on pumping station common sense,main equipment and auxiliary equipment,thereby constructing a virtual simulation system corresponding to the real pumping station. The system is adopted for interactive training on employees in the aspects of tools,equipment,equipment characteristics,maintenance process,accident fault handling and other training contents.Training test module is set for testing and training effects.
