【摘要】 目的调查了解影响手术室新职工实施人文关怀的因素,制定手术室新职工培训方案,加强其人文关怀能力,为其今后的护理工作奠定基础。方法通过对武汉大学人民医院2013至2016年度手术室新入职的113名职工进行分别进行访谈,探讨影响其在工作中实施人文关怀的因素,并在新职工培训中加强人文关怀能力的培养。结果人文关怀提高了患者手术配合的依从性,增加了护患之间的交流与信任,新职工在人文关怀的培训中得到了系统的学习,护理技能得到了全面的提升。结论在手术室中实施人文关怀可缓解患者紧张焦虑的情绪,有利于患者与医护的配合以及手术的顺利开展。新职工作为手术室的新生力量,开展新职工人文关怀能力的培养,提高了护患的沟通以及信任感,有利于手术室的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigating the influencing factors of new staff to implement humanistic care in operating room,to make plan of the new staff training and to strengthen their humanistic care ability, in order to lay a foundation for the future of nursing.Methods Through the interview to the 113 new staff of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from 2013 to 2016 annual operating room,to discuss the influencing factors of the implement of humanistic care in daily work.And to strengthen training of the cultivation of humanistic care ability in the new staff training.Results Surgery with humanistic care can improve the patients compliance, increased communication and trust between nurses and patients.Otherwise,through the trainingof humanistic care,new staff get the system learning, and their nursing skill obtained the comprehensive promotion.Conclusion Implementation of humanistic care in operating room can ease the patients nervous anxiety,in favour ofpatients and the medical cooperation to Toensure smoothoperation.New staff is a new force of the surgery, so carrying out the humanistic care ability tothem is making for the improvement of communication and trust between nurses and patients.
