【摘要】 目的探讨5 S护理模式在皮肤科住院患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年1月~6月收治的湿疹患者100例为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规的护理护理措施,观察组应用5 S护理模式,比较两组基础护理质量评分、患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组基础护理质量评分为(98.31±1.80)分,对照组为(93.74±2.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.408,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为98.6%,对照组为92.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x~2=5.949,P<0.05)。结论 5 S护理模式可有效提高临床护理质量和护理工作满意度,对于提高护理质量以及护理工作满意度有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of 5S nursing management mode implementation in the Dermatology Department. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were 100 cases of eczema patients as the research object, divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures, the observation group used 5 S nursing mode, compared two groups of basic nursing quality score, patient satisfaction with nursing work.Results The observation group based nursing quality score(98.31±1.80), control group(93.74±2.48), the difference was statistically significant(t=6.408,P<0.05); nursing satisfaction of observation group was 98.6%, 92.8% in the control group, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(x~2=5.949, P<0.05).Conclusion 5 S nursing model can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing and nursing job satisfaction, to improve the quality of nursing and nursing job satisfaction has a positive significance.更多还原
