【摘要】 高校党校建设是高校党建的重要组成部分。从某程度上来说,随着教育领域改革的不断深化,高校党校教育供给与需求存在着失衡现象。高校党校教育供给中存在着师资力量相对薄弱,教育教学不够科学,组织保障不够完善等问题。在"供给侧"改革理论维度下,通过盘活供给主体,提升师资水平和活力;创新供给方式,增强教学信度和效度;完善供给机制,精益办学条件和保障等措施,可以较好改善教育供给结构,推进高校党校建设向科学化、规范化方向迈进。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of the Party school is an important part of party’s construction in colleges and universities. With the deepening of reform in educational field,there is imbalance between supply and demand in the Party School education. Supplies of Party School in university are far behind the requirements. For example,the faculty is relatively weak,the education and teaching is not scientific enough,and the organizational guarantee is imperfect,and so on. Viewing from supply-side reform,we need to improve the supply structure through improving the level of suppliers,enhance the reliability and validity of supplying way,and refine conditions as well as guarantee of the Party School.
