小鼠肝切除使红细胞内血红蛋白的电泳释放增强
Mice Liver Resection Enhancing the Electrophoretic Release of Hemoglobin in Erythrocytes
【摘要】 目的红细胞内血红蛋白的电泳释放在人类肝脏疾病已经有所发现,推测肝切除时血红蛋白释放试验,故利用小鼠来研究肝切除时血红蛋白的释放情况。方法取2016年12月—2017年4月于包头医学院生物化学与分子生物学实验室行小鼠肝切除术后0~7、14d的血红细胞做血红蛋白释放电泳,与未做手术小鼠及假手术组的小鼠的血红蛋白释放试验进行对比,观察其多带释放情况。结果未做手术和做过假手术的标本再释放强度较低,肝切除后0~7d、14d标本的再释放强度几乎都明显提高。结论肝切除影响到红细胞内血红蛋白电泳释放。
【Abstract】 Objective Electrophoretic release of erythrocyte hemoglobin has been found in human liver disease, hemoglobin release test in liver resection is to be carried out, and the liver resection of hemoglobin release in mice is implemented. Methods The mice from December 2016 to April 2017 in Baotou medical biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory were used for liver resection, the release of hemoglobin electrophoresis after surgery in mice for 0 to 7 days and 14 days of red blood cells were observed, and those without surgery or fake surgery were observed, and then the release situation were analyzed. Results The rerelease intensity of the specimens without surgery and sham operation was lower, and the rerelease intensity of the specimens from 0 to 7 days and 14 days after hepatectomy was significantly increased. Conclusion Hepatic resection affects the release of hemoglobin in erythrocytes.
