【摘要】 目的对内江市"大千故里川剧下乡"艾滋病防治宣传巡演活动进行效果评估,为今后农村地区艾滋病宣传教育提供参考和建议。方法通过问卷调查和目标人群反馈,评估内江市"大千故里川剧下乡"艾滋病防治宣传巡演效果。结果农村老年人艾滋病知识知晓率由宣传演出前的72.3%上升至85.4%(χ~2=18.13,P<0.01),留守妇女艾滋病知识知晓率由76.6%上升至89.4%(χ~2=20.50,P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论通过评估,反映出当前农村地区艾滋病防治宣传存在宣传手段传统、效果不佳和覆盖面不广等问题,但通过采取"文化活动+宣传"模式可调动目标人群参与积极性,提高宣传覆盖面和效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of the "Sichuan Opera to Countryside "AIDS prevention and treatment publicity tour and provide reference and suggestions for the future publicity education of AIDS in rural areas.Methods The effects of the "Sichuan Opera to Countryside " AIDS prevention and treatment publicity tour was evaluated by a questionnaire-based survey and collection of feedback from target populations.Results The awareness rate of AIDS in rural elderly increased to 85.4% from 72.3% before the tour(χ~2= 18.13,P < 0.01); the awareness rate of AIDS in left-behind women increased from 76.6% to 89.4%(χ~2= 20.50,P<0.01).Conclusion Evaluation results indicate publicity education methods of AIDS in rural areas are traditional,ineffective and inadequate at present.However,by adopting the "cultural activities + publicity education"mode,target groups can be mobilized to participate in the initiative so as to achieve the aim of improving the coverage and effectiveness of publicity.更多还原
