【摘要】 目的:探讨针刺联合运动疗法治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取门诊及住院的中老年轻中度原发性高血压患者120例,随机分为针刺组、运动组和针刺联合运动组各40例。针刺组给予单纯针刺治疗,运动组给予单纯运动治疗,针刺联合运动组则同时进行两种治疗。记录并分析三组患者治疗前后血压变化情况。结果:针刺组总有效率为80.0 0%(95%CI=67.60%~92.40%),运动组总有效率为82.05%(95%CI=70.01%~94.10%),针刺联合运动组的总有效率为91.89%(95%CI=77.78%~98.26%),3组临床综合疗效比较(χ~2=1.690 5,P>0.05),差异无显著性意义。结论:采用针刺疗法联合运动锻炼的疗效可能优于针刺疗法,其收益为OR=0.35(95%CI=0.09~1.49),NNT=8(95%CI=3.63~35.08)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with exercise therapy on essential hypertension. Methods: 120 cases of middle and old aged patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were selected and divided randomly into acupuncture group,exercise group and acupuncture combined with exercise group,40 cases in each group. The acupuncture group was given simple acupuncture treatment,the exercise group was treated with simple exercise therapy,the acupuncture combined with exercise group was treated with both acupuncture treatmen and exercise therapy at the same time. The changes of patients’ blood pressure before and after treatment in three groups were recorded and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 80. 0%( 95% CI = 67. 60% to 92. 40%),the total effective rate of exercise group was 82. 05%( 95%CI = 70. 01% ~ 94. 10%),the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with exercise group was 91. 89%( 95% CI = 77. 78% to 98. 26%).
