【摘要】 非认知能力对一个人社会经济地位的获得至关重要,本文利用中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)数据,分析了非认知能力的效应及影响因素。结果发现:非认知能力对学业成绩有显著的正向效应;家庭阶层地位、父母教育程度及家庭经济条件等主要家庭背景因素都对非认知能力有显著影响;文化资本对非认知能力的获得有显著正向影响,是家庭背景影响非认知能力的中间机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s important to develop the non-cognitive skills in the reproduction of education. Based on the basic data of China Education Panel Survey(CEPS), this paper explored the effects and the influence mechanism of non-cognitive skills.The results showed that the non-cognitive skills have significant positive effects on the academic achievement. Furthermore, the family’s background such as social status, parents’ educational level and economic level makesgreat contribution to the non-cognitive skills. From the analysis, we also found that cultural capital is one of the mechanisms to the non-cognitive skills for its significant positive effects on it. Nevertheless, it should be considered more about the inequality of the educational opportunity in the progress of the policy formulation and implementation.更多还原
