特殊场地条件下大跨度外挑屋盖管桁架及格构柱吊装技术
Construction Technology of the Tube Truss of Long-span Out-extended Roof and the Hoisting of Latticed Column with Special Site Condition
【摘要】 以杭州东站东侧管桁架屋盖吊装为例,介绍了在狭窄场地条件、已有构筑物影响和场地荷载受限等因素影响下,大体态、大跨度外挑管桁架屋盖的吊装施工技术。站房东侧屋盖柱和网架屋面体态大、荷载重,并且是斜柱结构,部分主桁架钢结构施工采用双机抬吊吊装方式,其余构件采用提升方式。考虑场地条件,吊装总体顺序采用由中部向南北两侧退行吊装的方式。
【Abstract】 Taking the hoisting of tube truss roof of the east side of Hangzhou East Railway Station for example,this paper introduced the construction technology that was used to hoist large-scale and longspan out-extended tube truss roof with conditions of narrow site,impact of other existing buildings,restrictive load capacity of site and others. The columns on the east of station and the grid roof have big volume and big load,and the column is oblique. Parts of main truss structure are constructed by doubletower cranes hoisting method,the others are constructed by lifting method. Considering site conditions,the whole hoisting sequence is from the middle to two sides.
