双层衬砌在软岩隧道中支护应力分析

【摘要】 兰渝铁路两水隧道属于典型的软岩隧道,围岩强度低,稳定性差,受地质构造影响严重,在隧道施工过程中容易出现大变形。为了满足安全施工要求,在两水隧道斜井工区重庆方向DK359+742—DK359+772段开展双层衬砌试验,通过分析DK359+765典型断面支护结构应力特征,可以发现其支护应力具有明显的时空效应和非对称性特征。双层衬砌无论从设计参数还是支护效果,明显优于单层衬砌,但是由于双层衬砌对工艺、环境要求很高,不利于软岩隧道快速封闭,限制了其在两水隧道中的应用。通过改进其施工工艺,在软岩隧道中具有较大的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Lanzhou-Chongqing railway Liangshui tunnel belongs to soft-rock tunnel. It has characteristics of low-strength and poor stability. The geological conditions make occurrence of large deformations easily during the construction. In the purpose of safety construction,test of double lining in the region of DK359 + 742—DK359 + 772 has been conducted. Through the analysis of bracing stress in the typical section of DK359 + 765,we can find it has specifically characters of time and space affection and dissymmetry. The bracing effects of double lining are superior than the single lining in the aspects of design parameters and bracing effects. Because of the higher requirements in the horticultural and environment,it does not fit to the construction of Liangshui tunnel. Through the improvements to the construction horticultural,the double lining has great potential in the usage of soft rock tunnel.
