【摘要】 基于保留梳理设备原有的主体结构与功能,结合梳理工艺的特点,尤其是新产品开发的特点,对其固定盖板的锁紧与调距结构加以改进。该装置由盖板锁紧螺栓、隔距调整螺丝和环形指针等机构与梳棉机设备上的锡林和曲轨配合组成,可在梳理盖板首次安装时利用塞尺等工具预调隔距,如果在生产和试验中改变隔距,可不停机直接旋松盖板锁紧螺栓,对照相应数值进行调整,从而获得所需隔距,实现精确调整,大大简化了调整过程,缩短了调整时间,降低了劳动强度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on retaining the original structure and function of carding equipment,combined with the characteristics of cardingprocess especially the new product development,locking and spacing structure of the stationary cover plate are improved.The carding deviceis composed of locking bolt,adjustment screws of interval space cylinder and ring pointer,which are cooperated with circular comb and railon carding machine.The tools such as the feeler can be used to preset the interval space when the cover plate is installed for the first time.When changing the interval space during the production,unscrew the lock bolts on the cover and adjust to the corresponding value to get therequired distance directly without stopping.The new design can achieve accurate adjustment,greatly simplify the process of adjustment,andreduce adjustment time and labor intensity.更多还原
