【摘要】 将CXW-z脱胶剂应用于亚麻原茎及亚麻粗纱二次煮漂脱胶过程中,并与传统温水沤麻、雨露沤麻及粗纱碱煮漂的脱胶效果进行对比,探究了CXW-z脱胶剂在亚麻原茎、粗纱脱胶过程中的应用。结果表明:CXW-z脱胶剂对亚麻原茎和粗纱的脱胶效果良好,优于温水沤麻和雨露沤麻及传统粗纱碱煮漂方式;在CXW-z脱胶剂∶水=1∶15、浴比1∶15时,脱胶效果最好;CXW-z脱胶剂第二次脱胶效果与第一次基本一致,说明其可被回收利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The degumming agent CXW-z is used in degumming of flax stems and flax roving, and the degumming effect is comparedwith that with traditional process of warm water retting, dew retting, and alkali scouring. The application of CXW-z degumming agent indegumming of flax raw stems and flax roving is explored. The results show that the CXW-z degumming has better degumming effect than thetraditional degumming methods. A good degumming effect can be reached under the mass ration of CXW-z degumming agent to water of1 ∶ 15 and bath ratio of 1 ∶ 15. The CXW-z degumming liquid can be reused as the degumming effect of the initial bath and the second bathis almost the same.更多还原
