【摘要】 以虚拟学习社区为研究对象,构建了虚拟学习社区知识共享绩效的影响因素模型,将社会资本分为结构资本、关系资本和认知资本,通过因子载荷分析和结构方程模型对问卷调查数据进行了分析。研究结果表明,关系资本和认知资本都会对虚拟学习社区的知识共享绩效产生正向影响,此外,社会联系还对虚拟学习社区成员的共同语言和共享愿景产生正向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper takes virtual learning community as the research object,and builds the influencing factors structure of knowledge sharing performance. Social capital can be categorized into structure capital,relationship capital and cognitive capital. The paper uses factor analysis and Structure Equation Model( SEM) to analyze the questionnaire data. The result shows that relational capital and cognitive capital are positively and significantly related to knowledge sharing in virtual learning communities. Social interaction is also shown to play an important role in the development of shared vision and shared language( i. e. cognitive social capital) in learning networks.更多还原
