【摘要】 采用分散聚合法以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,无水乙醇为分散介质,合成了含有咪唑环、苯环和酯基的聚(乙烯基咪唑-二乙烯基苯-甲基丙烯酸十八酯)三元交联共聚物(PVDS)。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(HNMR)、热失重(TGA)和颗粒粒度仪器对聚合物进行表征。以大庆油田原油为实验对象,采用差示扫描热分析仪(DSC)和石油凝点试验仪对其进行了降凝效果的研究。并通过正交实验确定了最佳的单体配比、反应温度、反应时间和引发剂用量。实验表明当降凝剂加入量为750 mg/L,原油热处理温度为70℃时具有最佳的降凝效果。采用分子模拟对含有咪唑环、苯环和酯基类高蜡稠油降凝聚合物的作用过程进行了分子动力学模拟计算,对实验进行了验证。并对其降凝机理进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The crosslinking terpolymer poly( 1-vinylimidazole-divinyl benzene-octadecyl acrylate)( PVDS),composed of imidazole ring, benzene ring and ester group, was synthesized by the method of dispersion copolymerization with using polyvinylpylrrolidone( PVP) as the dispersant and ethanol as the dispersion medium. The polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),H nuclear magnetic resonance( HNMR),thermal weight loss( TGA) and Mastersizer3000 particle size instrument. Pour point depression of the high-wax and high-viscosity crude oil was measured by differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) and oil solidifying point tester. Furthermore,the best ratio of monomer,reaction temperature,reaction time and dosage of initiator were determined through the orthogonal test. The results indicated that the optimal conditions affecting the magnitude of pour point depression were that the amount of the PPD taken was 750 mg/L and the heated temperature was 70 ℃. Then the new functional polymer was synthesized by the solution polymerization and simulated by Materials Studio.
