神华号交流机车蓄电池巡检仪设计与实现

【摘要】 为了实现对神华号交流机车110V铅酸电池的安全检测,本文介绍一种无线方式的高精度电池巡检仪设计,实现对蓄电池电压、电流、温度的在线监测。同时具有报警和保护功能,采用DSP控制芯片和10"彩色可触摸显示屏为终端,能够在线记录且存储各单体电池的实时运行数据。采用无线采集的方式,更适合对机车蓄电池的最简施工要求。同时系统具有高可靠、高精度、高实时性等优点,能及时发现故障电池并维护或更换,提高机车运行的可靠性。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve the safety detection of 110V lead-acid battery for Shenhua AC locomotive,design of a high precision battery’s logging service in wireless way is introduced in this paper,which realizes on-line monitoring of voltage,current,temperature of storage battery,and with alarm and protection function,DSP control chip and 10 inch color touch screen are used to record and store the real-time operating data of the single battery.The use of wireless collection is more suited to the most simple construction requirements of the locomotive’s storage battery,and with the advantages of high reliability,high accuracy,high real-time,etc.,the failure of battery can be found and making maintenance and replacement,which helps improve the reliability of the locomotive’s operation.
